Lulu James, the flamboyant ambassador of UK's new soul scene, has hypnotised me already once this year with her stupendous single "Closer" accompanied by the 1990's flavoured video that could also easily be described as the most stylish 5 minutes of 2013 so far. "Step By Step" with its smooth production, vocal acrobatics and its captivating melody makes me even more excited about James' upcoming album. The single's out 11th August.
