Last year I blogged about these two ladies together as well. Solange's "Losing You" and Sky Ferreira's "Everything is Embarrassing", two exquisite moments in pop music last year, both written and produced by the ultra-talented Blood Orange, came out around the same time and swept me off my feet immediately. This time around both ladies were the inspiration for two supreme remix treatments courtesy of a chillwave hero and a synth-pop enfant terrible Twin Shadow. This musical threesome is rather saucy.

A great pop record is such a rarity these days when mainstream music reached its all time lowest quality in the upsettingly uninspiring times of Katy Perry, Glee, Justin Bieber and One Direction... And all that preferably in Gangnam style too... Ugh... It is a true delight to stumble upon a real pure pop perfection gem and even more of a thrill to come across two of them on the same day! A breath of fresh air. Here are two brand new singles from Sky Ferreira and the cooler of the Knowles siblings, Beyoncé's sister - Solange. After a few solid months of being an indisputable number one on the field, Jessie Ware's ubiquitous "Wildest Moments" finally gained some respectable competition from fellow female singers. It will be all about these two songs for me today.

...and here comes a bonus, Breakbot's groovy remix which surpassed the original version in its brilliance in my humble opinion... Monsieur Thibaut Berland returned the favour after having his latest single "Baby I'm yours" wonderfully treated by the Aeroplane boys a few months ago. The single is out today!
