CHOON OF THE DAY: "HEAVY GAME" - HiFi Sean feat. Billie Ray Martin

One of the most iconic figures of the global House scene - Miss Billie Ray Martin (Electribe 101, S'Express + over 2 decades worth of club classics) is joining a rather spectacular array of special guests on HiFi Sean's epic "Ft." LP. And what a palette of guests it is: Yoko Ono, Inner City's Paris Grey, Crystal Waters, Bootsy Collins among others. "Heavy Game" is a luxuriant diva house moment, paying a sublime homage to 90's sounds with Billie Ray Martin delivering a dazzling vocal performance. Your new Saturday Night essential.

SHREM'S DOUBLE TROUBLE: "THE WHEEL" - The Miracles Club /// "TELL ME WHEN THE FEVER ENDED" - Electribe 101

There is 23 years between those two tracks and a wonderful symbiosis of house beats, anthemic melodies and flamboyant aura of the underground dance scene. The Miracles Club, my most cherished of all current American dance acts, returns with the phenomenal "The Wheel" announcing the arrival of their first compilation "Ecstasy" featuring some of the other darlings of house I have been praising here a lot as well - Discodromo, Alexis Blair Penney or Emotion II Emotion. The track's early 90's atmosphere reminded me of some of the work by Electribe 101. "Tell Me When The Fever Ended" was the Birmingham collective's most accomplished single in my opinion. Here it is in its full glory with Billie Ray Martin's sensational vocal performance.
