LA MURPHY SAGA CONTINUES: Diary of Mu Special + "Hold Up Your Hand (Subskrpt Remix)" with The Crookers

This is the news we've all been waiting for, Róisín Murphy confirms coming out of the low key profile to make a brand new album! In the Diary Of Mu special she also talks fashion, Istanbul and the apocalypse. There's a nice remix of one of her two collabrations with The Crookers too just to make it all even more joyous. As always I get to keep up to date with all things Murphy thanks to this blog!

02 (2) - "Elevate" - Finesse - number 2 last month, number 2 this month... Stable spot among my absolute favourite tracks of the past few months.
01 (N) - "Over" - Gus Gus - epic, eponymous and monumental dance moment from the pioneers of the "Icelandic hi-tech soul" from the indisputably best album released in 2011 so far...

Such a pretty little video for a pretty little song. Talented Swedes are at it again. Another synth-pop gem. "The last day of Summer" ironically is the perfect choice to kick in the summer in music season. Enjoy!

Mirwais Ahmadzaï and his phenomenal "Disco Science" single, released literally months before he was picked up by La Madone to produce her eponymous "Music" album. The video was directed by one of my favourite music videos directors out there Monsieur Stéphane Sednaoui.
