The alternative pop sensation that is Alison Valentine has just sprinkled some of her magic sounds onto to the latest in the series of the Kitsuné compilations "America 2". Classically trained Alison Valentine crafts feminine laptop pop just like the delectable and tropical “Circles and Triangles” we read on the label's page. "America 2" also features tracks by Toro Y Moi, Gigamesh and Theophilus London among others. Valentine's track however became an instant favourite during the first listen to the record. and the singing florist (!) has also recently offered this sublime cover of The Sugarcubes' cult "Birthday" on her Soundcloud.
