Mixmag just said that "Apart", Kasper Bjørke's 4th single from his forthcoming album "After Forever" is "nothing short of genius". Indeed "Apart" is an immaculate synth-pop number featuring the Icelandic band Sísý Ey which I have been somewhat obsessed with for quite a while at this stage. The undeniably perfect melody, the raw, retro synths, the flawless vocal harmonies. I think I might have found a pretty late contender for the song of the year. An avalanche of goosebumps.
