The fabulous Nomi Ruiz and her brand new act Jessica 6 just released some of this year's funkiest tunes with their debut outing "See The Light". It's an inspiring and impressive sonic journey through disco, r'n'b, funk and electronica. This fabulously joyous album made me put away Gus Gus' sensational "Arabian Horse" for a while for the first time since its release last week. I can't recommend Jessica 6's album enough, it's flamboyant, it's sexy, it's edgy and it's camp - all of it together! What a collection of quality tunes, you know "White Horse" and "Prisoner Of Love" with Antony Hegarty already, here's a reminder of their debut single "Fun Girl" along with my absolutely favourite song from the album "In The Heat".
