So Kelis somehow decided to release the worst song from her latest album "FLESHTONE" as the 3rd single... The video for "SCREAM" however is worth watching even if only for all its stylish shots...

SHREM'S INSTITUTE OF LOST CLASSICS PRESENTS... NEVER AN EASY WAY - Morcheeba

This was Morcheeba's second single from their promising debut album "WHO CAN YOU TRUST?" many years before they started producing really bland and predictable 'elevator-music' records...

SHREM'S INSTITUTE OF LOST CLASSICS PRESENTS... SOW INTO YOU - Róisín Murphy

Considered almost like a cult song among all La Murphy devotees this exquisite piece of music sadly never got properly recognised outside of the circle of her admirers. The whole "RUBY BLUE" sounded like nothing else. Truly one of a kind sonic experience, I would never expect anything else from the Irish chanteuse...

CHOON OF THE DAY: BE THE FIRST - Hankat

Sampling Gladys Knight's dramatic vocals, here's a murky piece of Danish club scene. Not the best thing I've heard all year but certainly haunting...

SHREM'S CLUB BIZARRE INTRODUCING "MERCY STREET" by Fever Ray

Still blown away and kind of speechless after Fever Ray's gig I was privileged to see last sunday. It was definitely one of the most unique live performances I have ever seen. Right up there next to Kraftwerk and Björk. Here's their upcoming single, rendition of Peter Gabriel's less known track "Mystery Street" which is being released soon as an exclusive limited edition 7" here. Without a doubt the most original act out there on the world map of music of now...

ROBYN AT ELECTRIC PICNIC 2010

My absolute highlight of the whole Electric Picnic festival and additionally in double portion, two gigs by Robyn were an incredible kick of positive energy. She gives all other POP female artists a run for their money big time. What a fantastic performer she is!
